I just found in a Bucharest antiques shop an interesting original cigarette box from Royal Yugoslavia, containing also many of its original cigarettes made sometime in early 1930s. There is a beautiful photograph of Belgrade of that period on the inside of the lid. The Royal Coat of Arms with the imprint mentioning the state monopoly are printed on the original transparent folio covering the cigarettes. It is a very interesting item, well preserved, that reminds of a beautiful bygone era in this troublesome part of Europe.
